A copy of Terms & Conditions will be available to read at the Registration Desk or in the Terms & Conditions tab of online auctions. By registering to bid in an auction, you agree to all terms and conditions, whether or not you have read them. All bids are a BINDING CONTRACT. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. If you are the winning Bidder, you agree to pay, in $USD the full bid amount, plus Buyer’s Premium, plus any and all applicable sales tax, Credit Card Convenience Fee, and/or shipping/handling costs. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid or Bidder at our sole discretion. Penny bids will not be accepted. All bids must conform to our live bid calling increments of at least $2.50. You will be suspended or permanently banned from ALL auctions held by Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC if you provide false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information. You will be permanently banned from ALL (online & live) auctions conducted by Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC if you are the successful Bidder and you do not honor your auction bid.

*PAYMENT METHODS: Cash; Credit/Debit cards (Visa/MC/Discover only) accepted via Square POS. A 3% Convenience Fee will be charged for Credit/Debit Card purchases. *Proof of payment must be shown prior to removal of items from auction location. All items must be removed from auction location by end of business on final Pick Up day.

*LOCAL PICKUP: Pick up dates vary depending on the auction. Appointments are required to pay for/pick up items won in online auctions. Items won at LIVE auction must be paid for/picked up day of auction.

*FIREARMS ONLY: We engage a third-party FFL license holder for the sale of firearms. Winning bidders will receive the FFL license holders' contact information after payment has been made to Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC and MUST CONTACT the license holder directly to facilitate pick up or shipping. A transfer fee of $15.00 per firearm is payable directly to the FFL license holder.

*SHIPPING, HANDLING, & INSURANCE: Out-of-Area Bidders – if you will need to have items shipped, please contact Reno at 406-694-6839 or Liz at 406-480-1167 PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS. WINNING BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPPING OF ANY/ALL ITEMS THAT ARE TOO LARGE/HEAVY FOR USPS FLAT RATE SHIPPING BOXES.

 *For ONLINE ONLY Auctions, if bidder is unable or chooses not to attend live preview and places online bids, Bidder accepts responsibility for inspecting photos provided and/or requesting more information PRIOR TO BIDDING.

*Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.

*All property is sold AS IS where is with all faults, and neither Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC, nor any consignor makes any warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property. Individual item details given verbally or in the catalog are opinion and are written as an aid to potential bidders. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC acknowledges that there may be errors in verbal descriptions or what is listed in the catalog. Bidder will then rely entirely on their own inspection for any and all bids or opinions given without holding the Auction Co. liable for any and all statements made.

*All sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS. If for any reason the Bidder, even after making payment for items, fails to remove any of the merchandise purchased by the date/time listed for each auction, items will be considered abandoned and Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC will have sole possession of any and all items.

*CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN MERCHANDISE OR HAVE ANY AGENT BID ON THEIR BEHALF. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same, he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.

*If for any reason, the auctioneer is unable to deliver any lot, or any necessary documentation required in respect to any lot, the auctioneer's sole liability, if any shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot.
